Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These terms govern your use of quitesilly.com and any purchase you make from Quite Silly Store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Quite Silly Store sells original designs on notebooks, clothing, mugs, phone cases, accessories and gifts. Products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, currently Printful.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes and shipping as indicated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

Production and shipping

Because items are printed to order, production takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds and replacements

As items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@quitesilly.com within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customer support

For any question about an order, email hello@quitesilly.com. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and brand marks on the site — including all Quite Silly, FUGWAI and Lily designs — are original works and remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
